Whipped sweet potato butter

A delicious butter for anything.


- 1 pound sweet potatoes peeled and cut into 2inch chunks

- 2 teaspoons white vinegar

- 2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)

- 1/4 cup honey

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon



  1. place potatoes in a medium saucepan, and cover with cold water by one inch

  2. add vinegar and two teaspoons of the salt

  3. bring to a boil over high

  4. reduce heat to medium and cook until tender, about 20 min

  5. drain potatoes and transfer to a large bowl

  6. then cool completely, about 20min

  7. Add butter, honey, cinnamon, and remaining salt

  8. Stir and Enjoy
