a smoothie is always a good start to your day.
1 cup strawberries
3 small slices of watermelon with rind removed
1 cup yogurt
a spoonful of chia seeds
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon water
2-3 ice cubes
mint for garnishing (optional)
1/4 cup orange juice (optional)
chop watermelon into even tinnier pieces and add to blender
add the strawberries, water, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and orange juice to the blender as well.
add the ice cubes and blend until completely liquified.
