Grandads Cheese Fondue



Ingredients:

- 2 pounds Swiss cheese (shredded)

- 6 tablespoons flour (mix with cheese)

- 1 bottle white wine (light + dry)

- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon pepper

- 4 tablespoons kirsch

Directions:

  1. heat wine in a pot on medium (do not let boil)

  2. drop in handfuls of cheese (slowly) into the wine

  3. add flour and then seasonings

  4. add the kirsch last and...

  5. Enjoy!
