Grandads Cheese Fondue

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Swiss cheese (shredded)
- 6 tablespoons flour (mix with cheese)
- 1 bottle white wine (light + dry)
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons kirsch
Directions:
heat wine in a pot on medium (do not let boil)
drop in handfuls of cheese (slowly) into the wine
add flour and then seasonings
add the kirsch last and...
